Image Rights & Usage: Cornerstone Creative retains copyright of all images. Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license for branding, advertising, and promotional use. Client may not resell, sublicense, or transfer images without written permission from Cornerstone Creative. Cornerstone Creative may use images for self-promotion, portfolio, social media, and printed materials unless a written NDA or limited-use request is provided in writing prior to the shoot.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: In case of unforeseen events, a reshoot will be arranged.
Artistic Style & Editing: Client affirms they've reviewed Cornerstone Creative's portfolio and understand the editing style and tone. Cornerstone Creative team retains final creative control over editing (color correction, cropping, exposure). Each photo is thoughtfully edited. Raw files will not be provided.
Limitation of Liability: Photographer's liability is limited to refund of fees paid. In the unlikely event of data loss, equipment failure, or other issues, Photographer will either reshoot or refund the session fee, at their discretion.
